陶粒滤料简介
陶粒滤料是以粘土主要原料，掺加适量改性剂，经粉碎、混练、成型和高温煅烧而制成的，不含任何对人体和环境有害的物质。陶粒滤料粒度均匀，外观红褐色，表面坚硬多微孔，内部孔网交错，具有很强的吸附作用，用于水处理具有截污能力强，滤速快，周期长，反冲洗强度低等特点。低温低浊条件下去除氨氮效果达到国内先进水平。陶粒滤料是一种能增加水产量，提高出水质量，节省药剂和能耗的新型高效过滤材料。
陶粒滤料特点
1、颗粒圆、均匀、表面粗糙、多微孔、内部孔隙发达，比表面积大，从而生物菌附着能力强，繁殖快、挂膜效率高，低温低浊条件下去除氨氮效果达到国内先进水平，工作周期长，周期产水量大，一般为500-1000m/m。
2、堆积比重轻，强度大，从而反冲洗能耗低，水头损失小，清洁料水头损失仅为150mm/m。
3、截污能力强，一般位9-13kg/m。
陶粒滤料分类
陶粒分为页岩陶粒、生物陶粒、建筑陶粒、粘土陶粒（种花陶粒）。

4、粘土陶粒保水保肥性能良好，陶粒内部孔隙在没有水分时充满空气，当有充足水分时，吸入一部分水，仍能保持部分气体中间，当根系周围水分不足时，陶粒内的水分通过其表面扩散到陶粒间的孔隙内，供根系吸收及维持根系周围的空气湿度。粘土陶粒保肥能力适中：与水分一样，陶粒也能贮藏养分缓释给根系。粘土陶粒化学性质稳定，无污染，无异味，也不释放有害物质，无病虫害滋生，特别适合室内摆设。粘土陶粒形体美观，质量轻，有利搬运。粘土陶粒可重复使用，减少浪费，上盆前，可先将陶粒清洗分级待用。

陶粒滤料用途

1、建筑材料
陶粒混凝土已广泛应用于工业与民用建筑的各类型预构件和现浇混凝土工程中（如预应力和非预应力的、承重结构或围护的、隔热或抗渗的，静载或动载的）。陶粒还可应用于管道保温、炉体保温隔热、保冷隔热和隔音吸声等其他建筑材料；亦可用作农业和园林中的无土基床材料及滤水材料。
