订货须知
1.客户如对产品有特殊要求，须在订货合同中提供以下说明：
除尘器及布袋长度；
除尘器的形式；
除尘布袋的直径及花板孔直径；
工况的技术参数；
试验、检验标准及其他要求。
2.本公司可根据客户特定要求配置装置。
3.如由客户提供确定的除尘器及除尘布袋的类型，客户应正确说明其型号的含义和要求，在供需双方理解一致的条件下签订合同。
4.期货、订货的客户请先来电函详细告诉所需的除尘器及布袋的型号、规格、数量以及交货时间、地点，并先按总额的30%预定金或全额货款及时汇入我厂账户，其余货款待发货前汇入，以便及时安排发货。

改变除尘器的控制建立合适的操作条件和测试参数
Parameters established at a differential pressure range of 3.2 to 4.2 inches w.g. and pulse pressure range of 60 to 75 psi
通过不同的压差和喷吹压力建立参数
3.Run AD-AIREPE Folded Bags at the set differential pressure range and pulse pressure ranges and record the pilot data and process data
在设定的压差和喷吹压力下运行AIREPE Folded Bags，记录试验数据和过程数据
4.Run standard AIREPE Folded Bags at the same settings as the Corrugated filter bag settings and record the pilot data and process data to verify the similar process conditions
在以上相同的工况条件下运行普通波纹布袋并记录数据
结论
在电厂相同的除尘器上的试验表明了：
在定压喷吹设计条件下，Pioot Filter Trial维持的压差明显低于普通滤袋
使用AIREPE Folded Bags时喷吹频率明显低于普通滤袋
使用Corrugated filter bagGlobally时处理风量明显高于普通滤袋
在达到同样的压差时，Corrugated filter bagGlobally表面能够附着更多的粉尘
