陶粒滤料介绍：
陶粒是以粘土为主要生产原料，掺合一定比例的粘合剂、成孔剂、 无机骨料经配料、搪粒成球、高温烧制、筛分等一系列工艺加工而成的球粒状材料。其主要成份为偏铝硅酸盐，呈深褐色或灰褐色、颗粒粒径可根据不同要求生产。高效挂膜轻质陶粒在物理微观结构方面表现为粗糙多微孔，这些特点使高效挂膜生物陶粒特别适合于微生物在其表面生长、繁殖。现代水处理工艺充分利 用了这些特性，使其成为水处理特别是污水、微污染水源水生物预处理以及给水过滤技术的理想滤料，再加上其密度适中、强度高、耐摩擦、物化性能稳定、不向水体释放有毒有害物等特性，成为了水处理工程的首选滤料。
陶粒滤料特点：
1.表面多微孔，比表面积大（≥4m2/cm3），适合各类微生物的生长，在其表面能形成稳定的、高活性的生物膜，处理出水水质高。
2.滤料层孔隙分布均匀，克服了因滤料层孔隙分布不均匀而引起的水头损失大，易堵塞、板结的缺陷。
3.堆积密度适中，(0.75-0.95g/ cm3）反冲洗容易进行，能耗低，反冲洗时不跑料。
4.采用很好的粒径级配(3-5mm,K60≤1.25;4-6mm, K60≤1.38)，纳污能力强，滤料利用率高，水头损失增加缓慢，运行周期长，产水量大。
5.强度大、耐摩擦，物理、化学稳定性高，寿命长等。
6.规模化生产，价格便宜。加工制作过程中，各个环节进行把关，确保质量。
目前已广泛应用于市政污水、各种工业废水及污水深度处理方面，陶粒滤料以粘土为主要原料高温烧成，长期浸泡不会向水体释放任何有毒有害物质，无二次污染。经中国疾病预防控制中心检测，符合饮用水输配水设备的要求。

生物陶粒滤料目前还是生物曝气池用的多一些,因为陶粒表面和内部有微孔,这些微生物菌类可以着床,达到挂膜的效果,来实现过滤的作用。
陶粒在污水处理中的使用要求：
生物膜载休—滤料是生物膜反应器技术核心，它决定了反应器能否高效运行，所以作为滤料的陶粒材料应遵循以下原则：
1.机械强度：以名在反洗过程中由于料间磨损或破碎造成颗粒变小使滤料层间复杂，导致反冲洗时轻质滤料流失和过滤时终止滤料漏失。
2.生物、化学稳定性：以免在运行过程中滤料中的物质溶于水而影响水质，或因投加水处理药剂使滤料材质结构发生变异而解体。滤料必须具有一定的抗腐蚀性，不参与生物膜的生物化学反应，且其本身组合填料是不可生物降解的。
3.颗粒形状：以表面相对粗糙且有一定球度为好。
4.表面电性和亲水性：微生物一般带有负电荷并亲水，因此载体表面带有正电荷有利于微生物固着生长，载休表面的亲水性同样有利于微生物的附着。
5.吸附性能：生物陶粒滤料在和平中应注意选用具有高吸附性能的原材料，使生产的生物陶粒滤料对微污染水中的有机污染物具有较强的吸附能力。
6.离子交换能力：水源中的金属离子含量由于污水的排放变得越来越高，有效地去除是净水工艺中的重要环节。具有离子交换能力的材料作为生物陶粒滤料的原材料，具有十分重要的现实意义.
