











陶粒简介
陶粒,顾名思义,就是陶质的颗粒。陶粒的外观特征大部分呈圆形或椭圆形球体,但也有一些仿碎石陶粒不是圆形或椭圆形球体,而呈不规则碎石状。陶粒形状因工艺不同而各异。它的表面是一层坚硬的外壳,这层外壳呈陶质或釉质,具有隔水保气作用,并且赋予陶粒较高的强度。
因为生产陶粒的原料很多,陶粒的品种也很多,因而颜色也就很多。焙烧陶粒的颜色大多为暗红色、赭红色,也有一些特殊品种为灰黄色、灰黑色、灰白色、青灰色等。免烧陶粒因所用固体废弃物不同,颜色各异,一般为灰黑色,表面没有光泽度,不如焙烧陶粒光滑。
陶粒的粒径一般为5~20㎜最大的粒径为25㎜。陶粒一般用来取代混凝土中的碎石和卵石。
轻质性是陶粒许多优良性能中最重要的一点,也是它能够取代重质砂石的主要原因。陶粒的内部结构特征呈细密蜂窝状微孔。这些微孔都是封闭型的,而不是连通型的。它是由于气体被包裹进壳内而形成的,这是陶粒质轻的主要原因。
陶粒的细小颗粒部分称为陶砂。在陶粒中有许多小于5㎜的细颗粒,在生产中用筛分机将这部分细小颗粒筛分出来,习惯上称之为陶砂。陶砂的密度略高,化学和热稳定性好。陶砂主要用于代替天然河砂或山砂配制轻集料混凝土、轻质砂浆,也可作耐酸、耐热混凝土细集料。主要品种有黏土陶砂页岩陶砂和粉煤灰陶砂等。使用陶砂的目的也是为降低建筑物自重。陶砂也可用于无土栽培和工业过滤。

陶粒用途
1、铝钒土陶粒砂(石油支撑剂陶粒砂),主要用于石油支撑剂,也是目前需求量最大的陶粒砂品种之一,也叫石油压裂支撑剂陶粒砂。对增产石油天然气有良好效果。
2、黏土陶粒,以黏土、亚黏土等为主要原料,经加工制粒,烧胀而成的,粒径在5㎜以上的轻粗集料,称为黏土陶粒。
3、页岩陶粒,又称膨胀页岩。以黏土质页岩、板岩等经破碎、筛分,或粉磨后成球,烧胀而成的粒径在5㎜以上的轻粗集料为页岩陶粒。
4、垃圾陶粒,随着城市不断发展壮大,城市的垃圾越来越多,处理城市垃圾,成为一个日益突出的问题。
5、煤矸石陶粒,是采煤过程中排出的含碳量较少的黑色废石,是我国排放量最大的固体废弃物,其排放与堆积不仅占用大量耕地,同时对地表、大气造成了很大污染,该产品具有创新性、先进性、属环保类产品。
6、生物污泥陶粒,以生物污泥为主要原材料,采用烘干、磨碎、成球、烧结成的陶粒,称为生物污泥陶粒。用生物污泥代替部分黏土来烧制陶粒既节省黏土,又保护农田,也起到了一定的环保作用。
7、河底泥陶粒,利用河底泥替代黏土,经挖泥、自然干燥、生料成球、预热、焙烧、冷却制成的陶粒称为河底泥陶粒。利用河底泥制造陶粒,不但会减少建材制造业与农业用地争土,而且还为河底泥找到了合理出路,解决了河底泥的二次污染问题,达到了废弃物资源化的目的。
8、粉煤灰陶粒,以固体废弃物为主要原料,加入一定量的胶结料和水,经加工成球,烧结烧胀或自然养护而成,粒径在5㎜以上的轻粗集料,简称粉煤灰陶粒。
