石英砂介绍
石英砂是采用天然石英矿为原料，经破碎、水洗、精筛而成，目前是水处理行业中使用最广泛、量最大的净水材料。石英砂是一种坚硬、耐磨、化学性能稳定的硅酸盐矿物，其主要矿物成分是SIO2，石英砂的颜色是乳白色、或无色半透明状，硬度7，性脆无解理，贝壳状端口，油脂光泽，密度为2.65，堆积密度（1-20目为1.6，20-200为1.5），其化学、热学和机械性能具有明显的异象性，不溶于酸，微溶于KOH溶液，熔点1750℃。
石英砂所具有的独特的物理、化学特性，使得其在航空、航天、电子、机械以及当今飞速发展的IT产业中占有举足轻重的地位，特别是其内在分子链结构、晶体形状和晶格变化规律，使其具有的耐高温、热膨胀系数小、高度绝缘、耐腐蚀、压电效应、谐振效应以及其独特的光学特性，在许多高科技产品中发挥着越来越重要的作用。

石英砂用途
一、石英砂滤料应用：
1、普通石英砂滤料，主要用于污水处理，用三五年都没问题，只要防止石英砂流失就行，被污染了不要紧，因为污水处理中，泥污可以进行好氧或者厌氧呼吸，将污水中的污染物降解。
2、精制石英砂滤料，用于纯水处理中，在砂滤气中，一般2到3年就要更换，通常被污染后，污染物包住石英砂就不能再起到很好的过滤作用了，只能更换。石英砂滤料通过SO9001-2000质量体系认证，在中性及酸性水中都很稳定，但在碱性水中有微溶解，化学水处理中SIO2增量不超过2mg/L。
二、石英砂磨料应用：
1、玻璃制造：玻璃平板玻璃、浮法玻璃、玻璃罐、玻璃瓶、玻璃管、光学玻璃。
2、玻璃纤维、玻璃仪器、导电玻璃、玻璃布及放射线特种玻璃等的主要原料。
3、陶瓷及耐火材料：瓷器的胚料和釉料，窑炉用高硅砖、普通硅砖以及碳化硅等的原料。
4、冶炼硅铁：冶金硅金属、硅铁合金和硅铝合金等的原料或添加剂溶剂。
5、机械：铸造型砂的主要原料，研磨材料（喷砂、硬研磨纸、砂纸、纱布等），清砂、除锈、去除氧化皮处理。
6、电子：高纯度金属硅、通讯用光钎等。
7、涂料：可提高涂料、填料的耐候性。
8、表面清理和涂装：电镀前的粗糙度（拉毛）预处理、石材切割、磁丸铸造。
9、添加剂：重型混凝土及高炉耐火材料的添加剂，以增加其耐磨性，耐高温性，抗冲刷性、静电屏蔽、防辐射、油井的过滤罐、配重等。
10、人造场地配套使用材料：石英砂是现代田径场、足球场、高尔夫球场等人造场地配套使用的理想材料。
