锰砂滤料介绍

锰砂滤料除铁原理
锰砂表面形成有催化作用的“活性滤膜”，为了保障活性滤膜能持续发挥作用，锰砂滤罐要适时进行反冲洗，保证锰砂表面不结垢。为了进一步增强除铁效果，在锰砂过滤罐之前加一道曝气处理工艺，使低价铁离子氧化成高价铁离子，是高价铁离子氧化成三价铁离子，形成沉淀，最终含铁水只经天然锰砂一次过滤，就能完成全部的除铁过程。
锰砂滤料用途
