一、无烟煤滤料说明：
无烟煤滤料采用优质原煤为原料，经精选、破碎、和两次筛分而成，外观光泽好，呈球状，机械强度高，抗压性能好，化学性能稳定，不含有毒物质，耐磨损，在酸性、中性、碱性水中均不溶解，另外无烟煤颗粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(≥52%)，有较高的含污能力，因质轻，所需反冲洗强度较低，可节省大量反冲洗水量及电能。
二、无烟煤滤料的使用方法：
1、污水量的大小和无烟煤滤料的厚度有着最为直接的关系，一般的情况下，污水量越大滤料层的厚度要稍微增大，如果污水量小的话，要适当的降低无烟煤滤料的厚度。
2、如果是过滤罐的时候一定要根据过滤罐的大小来决定厚度，过滤罐的大小和无烟煤滤料的厚度也有着重要的关系，过滤罐内一般的厚度为70厘米，最高的是85厘米，最低的厚度是65厘米。
3、利用测量的数据来决定厚度，可以事先对污水的浑浊度进行测量，然后根据浑浊度来变化无烟煤滤料的厚度。
用于生括给水及工业给水的过滤净化处理。使用时根据滤池的形式确定使用参数，一般双层滤料的铺装厚度为280—420mm；正常滤速10—14m/h，强制滤速14—1 8m/h；三层滤料铺装厚度450mm，正常滤速18—20m/h，强制滤速20～25m/h。滤池反洗采用水冲洗、水汽冲洗或辅以表面冲洗。
常用于各种介质过滤器，碳钢介质过滤器，三层快速过滤系统滤池。
三、无烟煤滤料常用规格：
0.5－0.8mm，0.8－1.2mm，0.8－1.8mm，1－2mm，2－4mm等。
