麦饭石简介
麦饭石是一种对生物无毒、无害并具有一定生物活性的复合矿物或药用岩石。麦饭石的主要化学成分是无机的硅铝酸盐。其中包括SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、FeO、MgO、CaO、K2O、Na2O、TiO2、P2O5、MnO等，还含有动物所需的全部常量元素，如：K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mo等微量元素和稀土元素，约58种之多。
麦饭石外观呈灰白色颗粒状，是钙碱性岩石系列的岩浆分异晚期产物，是火浆岩石中一种半风化的斑岩石，为多矿物的集合体。麦饭石空隙结构复杂，生物活性高，溶解性能稳定，有良好的吸附和分解能力。
麦饭石特点

麦饭石用途
1、麦饭石有超强的净化水质及吸附杂质的功效，可清除污水中的汞、铅、镉、砷等重金属，经麦饭石浸泡的水烧开后水垢明显减少。高氟水经麦饭石处理后可大大降低水中氟的含量，且水中氟含量越高，除氟效果越明显。
2、麦饭石具有去除自来水中余氯的功效。因为自来水净化一般是使用氯气，而残留的余氯在加热的过程中会生成三氯甲烷这种致癌物，长期饮用会对人体造成非常大的危害。尤其是近年来水源污染越发的严重，直接导致自来水中余氯含量的增加。所以直接饮用自来水烧的开水也不是健康的选择。而麦饭石和木鱼石近年来因对余氯净化有着明显效果得到越来越多的应用。（该功效使用余氯检测液可测）
3、可用作冰箱除味，效果高于普通的冰箱除味剂，可迅速吸附冰箱内的腥臭异味。
