无烟煤滤料用法
用于生活给水及工业给水的过滤净化处理。常用于各种介质过滤器，碳钢介质过滤器，三层快速过滤系统滤池。使用时根据滤池的形式确定使用参数，一般双层滤科的铺装厚度为300—400mm；正常滤速10—14m／h，强制滤速14—1 8m／h；三层滤料铺装厚度450mm，正常滤速18—20m／h，强制滤速20～25m／h。滤池反洗采用水冲洗、水汽冲洗或辅以表面冲洗。
污水量的大小和无烟煤滤料的厚度有着最为直接的关系，一般的情况下，污水量越大滤料层的厚度要稍微增大，如果污水量小的话，要适当的降低无烟煤滤料的厚度。如果是过滤罐的时候一定要根据过滤罐的大小来决定厚度，过滤罐的大小和无烟煤滤料的厚度也有着重要的关系，过滤罐内一般的厚度为70厘米，最高的是85厘米，最低的厚度是65厘米。利用测量的数据来决定厚度，可以事先对污水的浑浊度进行测量，然后根据浑浊度来变化无烟煤滤料的厚度。
