纤维球滤料简介
纤维球是用优质纤维丝加工而成，具有载污容量大、过滤效果好等优点，适用于各种水质的深度处理和精细过滤。呈柔性、可压缩、孔隙率大、截污能力强；工作时滤层孔隙上疏下密，符合理想滤层的孔隙分布；比重略大于水，易反冲洗，材质优良有较强的耐磨性和抗化学侵蚀性能。一般滤速30m/h,粗滤进水100mg/l，出水 SS≤5mg/l，精滤进水20mg/l，出水≤2mg/l。广泛应用于油田、化工、电力、冶金等行业的高标用水；循环、旁滤和废水回收利用。
纤维球滤料在过滤过程中，滤层空隙沿水流方向逐渐变小，比较符合理想滤料由上大下小的孔隙率分布，从而形成了滤速快，截污容量大，过滤效果好，可再生反复使用，不必全部更换，省时省力。纤维球填料可将不易沉淀去除的微小悬浮物截留。纤维球填料滤速比传统砂填料高3.5倍，纤维球填料能反洗再生，可实现自动化管理，一般滤速30m/h，大于0.1mm粒径悬浮物去除率95%以上。
纤维球滤料优点
高效纤维球质地轻、强度高、弹性好、耐磨损、耐腐蚀、不吸水。在水处理过程中优点众多。
1、化学稳定性强，滤水过程中无有害成分溶出；
2、反冼气水高强度的摩擦、碰撞、剪切力不会发生破损和流失跑料；
3、多年浸泡在水中耐久不腐，使用寿命一般可达5～10年；
4、过滤阻力小，滤速快，在25-35m/h的滤速范围内均可保证良好的过滤效果。
5、滤层过滤时自动形成沿水流方向滤床的孔隙度逐渐减小的无级变空隙层态，无需像颗粒滤料那样进行人工级配。
6、滤层有序稳定，纤维束滤料悬挂在过滤器或滤池内，耐冲击，不乱层，不流失，可承受高强度的清洗，包括大流量的气－水联合清洗
7、截污容量大，一般为5～15kg/m3滤材，是传统过滤器的2～3倍。
8、占地面积小，制造相同的水量，占地仅为传统过滤器的1/3～1/8。
9、吨水造价低，制取相同的水量，造价低于传统过滤器。
10、自耗水量低，仅为周期制水量的1～3%，一般情况下可用原水进行反洗。
