无烟煤滤料简介
普通无烟煤滤料是从深井矿物中精选的，具有较高的含碳量百分比，采用人工分类，可减少无关矿物质并降低灰分含量，还经过过滤和冲洗，由于其具有较好的固体颗粒保持能力，因此无烟煤能够可靠地提高悬浮颗粒清除能力，此外它的均匀系数较低，有助于加快流速。
水洗无烟煤滤料是选用优质无烟煤为原料，经破碎、筛分、水洗加工而成。水洗无烟煤滤料特点是：固定碳含量高、密度大、强度大、外观光泽度好、化学性能稳定、具有较好的固体颗粒保持能力，能可靠的提高悬浮颗粒的清除，不含有毒有害物质，在酸性、中性水中均不溶解，抗压耐磨性强，有足够的比表面积和合理的粒径级配。
煅烧无烟煤滤料由于经过多次高温炼制，固定碳含量增加，一般作用于钢铁冶炼行业增碳用。
无烟煤滤料特点

无烟煤滤料最突出的特点在于化学性能稳定，具有良好的比表面积，在一般的酸性、中性、碱性水中都不溶解，具有足够的机械强度，实用于一般酸性、中性和碱性的净化处理，是目前单层、双层、三层滤池中都不可缺少的上好材料。无烟煤滤料执行标准：CJ/T44--2005我厂生产的无烟煤滤料完全符合国家部颁标准。在滤速、作用周期、水质稳定等方面都具有鲜明的保证性。在多层滤料滤池的使用中既不跑煤，又不混层，以它固有的特性而著称。无烟煤滤料的原料采用优质白煤。所产滤料经国家建设部水处理滤料质量检测中心鉴定各项指标均符合部颁标准，是城镇给排水以及工业水处理理想的优质过滤材料。

无烟煤滤料用途
无烟煤滤料广泛应用于化工、冶金、热电、制药、造纸、印染、食品等的生产前后的水质处理过程中。无烟煤滤料是一种普遍采用的最佳过滤材料，同石英砂滤料配合使用是我国目前推广的双层快速滤池和三层滤池、滤罐过滤的常见形式。
无烟煤滤料在过滤过程中所起作用的好坏直接影响着滤过的水质，故对此滤料的选择必须达到以下几点要求：
1、机械强度高，破碎率和磨损率之和不应大于3％（按重量计）。
2、化学性能稳定，不含有毒有害物质。在一般酸性、碱性、中性水中均不溶解。我厂产品经中国水处理滤料监督检测中心测定：盐酸可溶率为0.98％（部颁标准为3.5）在各类水源中均可达到良好的净化效果。
3、粒径级配合理，比表面积大，有棱角，光泽度好，经机械振动三次筛分，级配符合有关技术指标。
4、粒径范围小于指定下限粒径按重量计不大于3%，大于指定上限粒径按重量计不大于2%。
