
石英砂介绍:
石英砂是采用天然石英矿为原料,经破碎、水洗、精筛而成,目前是水处理行业中使用最广泛、量最大的净水材料。石英砂是一种坚硬、耐磨、化学性能稳定的硅酸盐矿物,其主要矿物成分是SIO2,石英砂的颜色是乳白色、或无色半透明状,硬度7,性脆无解理,贝壳状端口,油脂光泽,密度为2.65,堆积密度(1-20目为1.6,20-200为1.5),其化学、热学和机械性能具有明显的异象性,不溶于酸,微溶于KOH溶液,熔点1750℃。
石英砂所具有的独特的物理、化学特性,使得其在航空、航天、电子、机械以及当今飞速发展的IT产业中占有举足轻重的地位,特别是其内在分子链结构、晶体形状和晶格变化规律,使其具有的耐高温、热膨胀系数小、高度绝缘、耐腐蚀、压电效应、谐振效应以及其独特的光学特性,在许多高科技产品中发挥着越来越重要的作用。
石英砂滤料分类:
石英有较高的耐火性能,工业上将石英砂常分为:普通石英砂,精制石英砂,高纯石英砂,熔融石英砂及硅微粉等。
普通石英砂
普通石英砂,即SiO2≥90—99% Fe2O3≤0.06—0.02%,耐火度1750℃,外观部分大颗粒,表面有黄皮包囊。普通石英砂一般是采用天然石英矿石,经破碎,水洗,烘干,二次筛选而成的一种水处理滤料;该滤料具有:无杂质,无棱角,密度大,机械强度高,载污能力线使用周期长的特点,是化学水处理的理想材料。
精制石英砂
精制石英砂又称酸洗石英砂,SiO2≥99—99.5% Fe2O3≤0.005%,采用优质天然石英砂,砂浆。
高纯石英砂
高纯石英砂SiO2≥99.5—99.9% Fe2O3≤0.001%,采用优质天然石英石,砂浆。
熔融石英砂
熔融石英砂外观为无色透明块状,颗粒或白色粉末。相对比重:2.21;莫氏硬度:7.0;PH值:6.0。
硅微粉
硅微粉外观为灰色或灰白色粉末﹑耐火度>1600℃。容重:200~250千克/立方米。

石英砂用途:
一、石英砂作为滤料可使用于以下方面:
1、普通石英砂滤料,主要用于污水处理,用三五年都没问题,只要防止石英砂流失就行,被污染了不要紧,因为污水处理中,泥污可以进行好氧或者厌氧呼吸,将污水中的污染物降解。
2、精制石英砂滤料,用于纯水处理中,在砂滤气中,一般2到3年就要更换,通常被污染后,污染物包住石英砂就不能再起到很好的过滤作用了,只能更换。石英砂滤料通过SO9001-2000质量体系认证,在中性及酸性水中都很稳定,但在碱性水中有微溶解,化学水处理中SIO2增量不超过2mg/L。
二、石英砂作为磨料应用于以下几个方面:
1、玻璃:平板玻璃、浮法玻璃、玻璃制品(玻璃罐、玻璃瓶、玻璃管等)、光学玻璃、玻璃纤维、玻璃仪器、导电玻璃、玻璃布及防射线特种玻璃等的主要原料。
2、陶瓷及耐火材料:瓷器的胚料和釉料,窑炉用高硅砖、普通硅砖以及碳化硅等的原料。
3、冶金:硅金属、硅铁合金和硅铝合金等的原料或添加剂、熔剂。
4、建筑:混凝土、胶凝材料、筑路材料、人造大理石、水泥物理性能检验材料(即水泥标准砂)等。
5、化工:硅化合物和水玻璃等的原料,硫酸塔的填充物,无定形二氧化硅微粉。
6、机械:铸造型砂的主要原料,研磨材料(喷砂、硬研磨纸、砂纸、砂布等)。
7、电子:高纯度金属硅、通讯用光纤等。
8、橡胶、塑料:填料(可提高耐磨性)。
9、涂料:填料(可提高涂料的耐酸性)。
10、航空、航天:其内在分子链结构、晶体形状和晶格变化规律,使其具有的耐高温、热膨胀系数小、高度绝缘、耐腐蚀、压电效应、谐振效应以及其���特的光学特性。

Quartz sand application:
