沸石滤料

沸石是天然沸石（原矿石）经过多种特殊工艺活化而成。沸石吸附性能比石英砂滤料、麦饭石滤料强，离子交换性能也更好，不仅能去除水中的浊度、色度、异味，而且对水中有害的具有吸附交换作用，也有利于去除水中氨氮及各种微污染物，且水浸出液不含有毒，无有害人体物质，去除水中铁、氟效果更为显著。对重金属具有良好的离子交换性，沸石交换出去的是钾离、钠、钙等无害离子，因此活化沸石是一种处理土壤、工业给水、废水处理及自来水过滤的新型理想滤料。

 1、在石油、化学工业中，用作石油炼制的催化裂化、氢化裂化和石油的化学异构化、重整、海水淡化剂；（特殊干燥剂，干燥空气、氢等）。

 2、在轻工业中用于造纸、合成橡胶、塑料、树脂、涂料充填剂和素质颜色等。

 3、在建材工业中，用作水泥水硬性活性掺合料，烧制人工轻骨料，制作轻质高强度板材和砖。

 4、在国防、空间技术、超真空技术、开发能源、电子工业等方面，用作吸附分离剂和干燥剂。

 5、在农业上用作土壤改良剂，能起保肥、防水、防止病虫害的作用。

 6、在畜禽业中，做饲料（猪、鸡）的添加剂和除臭剂等，可促进牲畜生长，提高小鸡存活率。

 7、在环境保护方面，用来处理废气、废水、从废水废液中脱除或回收金属离子，脱除废水中放射性污染物。
