废水处理 微生物吸附用沸石滤料


欣悦净水材料所产沸石滤料是一种极性物质,是极性很强的吸附剂,对极性分子和不饱和分子有机物,
如卤代烃有很强的吸附效果,对非极性分子中极化率大的分子也有较高的选择吸附优势。
沸石滤料目前有两种:天然斜发沸石滤料和活化沸石滤料。
一、天然斜发沸石滤料:
天然沸石是铝硅酸盐类矿物,外观呈白色或砖红色,属弱酸性阳离子交换剂,经人工导入活性组分,
使其具有新的离子交换或吸附能力,吸附容量也相应增大。主要用于中小型锅炉用水的软化处理,以除去
水中的钙、镁离子,从而减少锅炉内水垢的生成,减轻水测金属的腐蚀,延长锅炉的使用寿命。在废水处
理中,可用于除去水中的磷和铅以及六价铬。失效后的沸石可用于浓盐水逆流再生后重复使用。

二、活化沸石滤料:
活化沸石是天然沸石经过多种特殊工艺活化而成,其吸附性能比天然沸石更强,离子交换性能也更好,
不仅能去除水中的浊度、色度、异味,而且对水中有害的重金属,如:铬、镉、镍、锌、汞、铁离子及有
机物酚、六六六、滴滴涕、三氮、氨氮、磷酸根离子等物质具有吸附交换作用,也有利于去除水中各种微
污染物且水浸出液不含有毒,有害人体物质,去除水中铁、氟效果更为显著。 因此活化沸石是工业给水、
废水处理及自来水过滤的新型理想滤料。

用沸石作为BAF滤料可以有效地去除COD、氨氮和浊度、试验条件的最佳水力负荷为2.2m/h (水力停
留时间为1.4h)、此时对COD、氨氮和浊度的去除率分别为73.9%、88.4%和96.2%、相应的出水平均浓
度分别为43.4mg/L、3.5mg/L和3.7 NTU、可以达到国家环保总局的冷却回用水水质建议值(III)中相关
指标的要求。采用沸石和砂滤料作为BAF滤料处理纺织废水。细胞计数结果表明、沸石滤料上生长的亚硝化
单胞菌和硝化菌的数量分别为3.0×108和2.2×109 CFU/ml。而砂滤料上生长数量是4.5×108和6.5×108 CFU/ml。从硝化菌的数量来上看,沸石滤料上更适宜微生物的硝化作用,另外从对有机物和TKN的去除来看、
以沸石为滤料的BAF的效果要好于以砂为滤料的BAF。采用沸石作为滤料的BAF可使纺织废水的COD去除率达86%~92%、BOD去除率达99%,色度去除率在77%-79%,这是由于自然沸石滤料的比表面积大于砂滤料,
宜于微生物的附着,且沸石滤料的离子交换能力强,能够吸附水中的NH4+,而适宜环境的硝化菌的大量生长,使NH4+转化为硝酸盐。

Therefore, activated zeolite is a new type of ideal material for industrial water supply, wastewater treatment and water filtration.
Product use:
