【天然斜发沸石滤料】
天然沸石是铝硅酸盐类矿物，外观呈白色或砖红色，属弱酸性阳离子交换剂，经人工导入活性组分，使其具有新的离子交换或吸附能力，吸附容量也相应增大。主要用于中小型锅炉用水的软化处理，以除去水中的钙、镁离子，从而减少锅炉内水垢的生成，减轻水测金属的腐蚀，延长锅炉的使用寿命。在废水处理中，可用于除去水中的磷和铅以及六价铬。失效后的沸石可用于浓盐水逆流再生后重复使用。

【活化沸石滤料】
活化沸石是天然沸石经过多种特殊工艺活化而成，其吸附性能比天然沸石更强，离子交换性能也更好，不仅能去除水中的浊度、色度、异味，而且对水中有害的重金属，如：铬、镉、镍、锌、汞、铁离子及有机物：酚、六六六、滴滴涕、三氮、氨氮、磷酸根离子等物质具有吸附交换作用，也有利于去除水中各种微污染物且水浸出液不含有毒，有害人体物质，去除水中铁、氟效果更为显著。因此活化沸石是工业给水、废水处理及自来水过滤的新型理想滤料。

催化性能
沸石具有较大比表面积,有较好的晶化性能，经甲苯歧化催化试验证明，改型后的沸石制作甲苯歧化催化剂是可行的，对二甲苯异构化都具有较高的催化活化性。
耐酸耐热性能
耐酸性能：在90℃保温四小时，盐酸浓度为1N时沸石没破坏；盐酸浓度2N时沸石部分破坏。
耐热性能：250℃时，晶格略有变化；500℃时，晶格基本破坏；750℃时，晶格完全破坏；实验证明，其晶格破坏温度为250～500℃，灼烧时间为4小时。

Catalytic Properties

Acid resistant performance
Acid resistance: insulation at 90 ℃ four hours, 1N hydrochloric acid concentration when the zeolite is not destroyed; the concentration of 2N hydrochloric acid zeolite partially destroyed.
Heat resistance: 250 ℃, the lattice slight change; at 500 ℃, the lattice is essentially broken; when 750 ℃, lattice completely destroyed; experiment proved that the lattice damage temperature of 250 ~ 500 ℃, ignition time 4 hours.
