沸石粉介绍
沸石粉是天然的沸石岩磨细而成，颜色为白色。可去除水中氨氮95%，净化水质，缓解转水现象。
沸石具有内表面积很大的孔穴，因而具有独特的吸附、筛分、交换阴阳离子以及催化性能。它能吸收水中氨氮、有机物和重金属离子，能有效地降低池底硫化氢毒性，调节pH值，增加水中溶解氧、沸石具有吸附性、离子交换性、催化和耐酸耐热等性能，因此被广泛用作吸附剂、离子交换剂和催化剂，也可用于气体的干燥、净化和污水处理等方面。沸石还具有“营养”价值。在饲料中添加5%的沸石粉，能使禽畜生长加快，体壮肉鲜，产蛋率高、由于沸石的多孔性硅酸盐性质，小孔中存有一定量的空气，常被用于防暴沸。在加热时，小孔内的空气逸出，起到了气化核的作用，小气泡很容易在其边角上形成。

沸石粉可以作为水质改良剂
沸石粉失去结晶水以后，表面疏松多孔，相当于多孔的海绵体，具有极强的吸附性，可以吸附大量的有毒物质（如NH3、NH4+、CO2、H2S等。）利用沸石粉这一特性，定期向养殖水体中泼洒沸石粉，就可以起到去氨增氧的效果，同时可以增加水中微量元素的含量，喧到优化养殖生态环境，促进水生动物生长发育的效果，用量如下：
1、淡水养殖：正常饲养期间每立方水体用沸石粉15-25g，最好与生石灰间隔使用净利要更理想；越冬水体封冰前每立方水体用沸石粉25-35g利于安全越冬，提高越冬成活率。
2、海水养殖:：每立方水体用沸石粉75-90g.
养殖业选用沸石粉指标为：纯度≥70％，吸铵值100-150mg/100g；粒度为120目以上（作载体用）或60目以上（水体泼洒用）。
总之，沸石粉在水产养殖业中应用有广阔前景，尤其是在改善水质方面更应大力推广，营造一个良好的养殖水体环境，以达到提高水生动物产量及改善水生动物产品肉质的目的。
沸石粉可做水泥的掺合料
我国沸石岩目前主要应用于地方小水泥工业。水泥工业根据本身的特殊需要已制定出新的“用于水泥中的火山灰质混合材料”标准GB2847—81，供有关部门使用，当然也可供地质部门评价时参考使用。标准中规定了三氧化硫含量、火山灰性和水泥胶砂28天抗压强度等指标要求，但并未具体规定出对作为火山灰质混合材料之一的沸石岩的沸石含量或铵离子交换容量的要求。后者（沸石含量或铵离子交换容量）与前者（火山灰性和水泥胶砂28天抗压强度）的对应关系，也正待进一步研究。尽管如此，我国地质部门及其它有关单位（包括一些省建材工业局等）所采用的沸石岩评价指标，仍然主要是铵离子（NH4+）交换容量或沸石含量值，这主要是根据下述理由提出的：A、除水泥工业以外的多数应用（或试验）领域均对沸石岩原矿提出了NH4+交换容量或沸石含量方面的工业要求；B、中国科学院地质研究所曾提出沸石含量≥50%的沸石岩可作为水泥用优质混合材；C、各地沸石水泥应用试验和生产的实际成果；D、测定和使用这种指标较简便易行。
沸石粉在复合肥中的应用
复合肥专用沸石粉粘结剂具有良好的吸附性、粘结性。
1、一次成球率可达85%-95%，返料明显减少。
2、成球快、颗粒均匀、光滑、色泽好。
3、易烘干。
4、堆放不结块。
5、增加养份、肥效缓慢释放、减少流失、改良土壤。
沸石粉使用注意事项
1、要按用途选用沸石粉的规格。如用于水质改良应使用180目至200目的规格。
2、质量好的沸石粉，天然沸石含量应达到50%以上。
3、吸氨值是沸石粉的一个重要的质量指标。合格的沸石粉吸氨值一般都大于100mg当量/100g。 每亩每米水深使用沸石粉25-50公斤，可起到除去水中95%氨氮，净化水质增加溶氧的作用，同时提高水体总碱度，稳定水质。
