石英砂简介：
石英砂是一种坚硬、耐磨、化学性能稳定的硅酸盐矿物，其主要矿物成分是SiO2，石英砂的颜色为乳白色、或无色半透明状，呈多棱型球状的白色结晶体，硬度7，性脆无解理，贝壳状断口，油脂光泽，密度为2.65，堆积密度（1-20目为1.6），20-200目为1.5，其化学、热学和机械性能具有明显的异向性，不溶于酸，微溶于KOH溶液，熔点1750℃。
石英砂特点：无杂质、机械强度高、化学性能稳定、截污能力大、使用周期长，经济效益佳。

普通石英砂，即SiO2≥90—99％Fe2O3≤0.06—0.02％，耐火度1750℃，外观部分大颗粒，表面有黄皮包囊。粒度范围5—220目，可按用户要求粒度生产。主要用途：冶金，墨碳化硅，玻璃及玻璃制品，搪瓷，铸钢，水过滤，泡花碱，化工，喷吵等行业。
精制石英砂又称酸洗石英砂，SiO2≥99—99.5％Fe2O3≤0.005％，采用优质天然石英砂，经过精心挑选，精细加工而成。粒度范围1—0.5mm、0.5—0.1mm、0.1—0.01mm、0.01—0.005mm，可按用户要求加工。用途：制造玻璃，耐火材料，冶炼硅铁，冶金熔剂，陶瓷，研磨材料，铸造造型石英砂等方面，在建筑中利用其有很强的抗酸性介质浸蚀能力，制取耐酸混凝土及耐酸砂浆。
