石英砂介绍
石英砂是石英石经破碎加工而成的石英颗粒,石英石是一种非金属矿物质,是一种坚硬、耐磨、化学性能稳定的硅酸盐矿物,其主要矿物成分是SiO2,石英砂的颜色为乳白色、或无色半透明状,莫氏硬度7,石英砂是重要的工业矿物原料,非化学危险品,广泛用于玻璃、铸造、陶瓷及耐火材料、冶炼硅铁、冶金熔剂、冶金、建筑、化工、塑料、橡胶、磨料、滤料等工业。
石英砂主要用在污水处理中,用三五年都没问题,只要防止石英砂流失就行,被污染了不要紧,因为污水处理中,污泥可以进行好氧或者厌氧呼吸,将污水中的污染物降解。污水厂尾水通过进水管进入过滤器底部,经布水器均匀布水后自上而下通过滤料层。在此过程中,尾水被过滤,去除了水中的污染物。同时石英砂滤料中污染物的含量增加,并且下层滤料层的污染物程度比上层滤料要高。此时打开位于过滤器中央的空气提升泵,将下层的石英砂滤料提至过滤器顶部的洗沙器中进行清洗。滤砂清洗后返回滤床,同时将清洗所产生的污染物外排。
石英砂滤料主要可分为以下几类:
1.普通石英砂滤料:主要用在污水处理中,用三五年都没问题,只要防止石英砂流失就行,被污染了不要紧,因为污水处理中,污泥可以进行好氧或者厌氧呼吸,将污水中的污染物降解。
2.精制石英砂滤料:用在纯水处理中,在砂滤器中,一般2到3年就要更换,通常被污染后,污染物包住石英砂就不能再起到很好的过滤作用了,只能更换。石英砂滤料通过Iso9001-2000质量体系认证。
石英砂在工业滤水中的细节要求:
工业用水过滤的石英砂滤料需要有一定的标准,才能达到理想的效果。
1.石英砂滤料的破碎率和磨损率之和不应大干1.5%(百分率按质量计)。
2.石英砂滤料的密度不应小于2.55g/cm3。使用中对密度有特殊要求者除外。
3.石英砂滤料应不含可见泥土、云母和有机杂质,滤料的水浸出液应不含有毒物质,含泥量不应大于1%。密度小于2g/cm3的轻物质的含量不应大于0.2%。
4.石英砂滤料的灼烧减量不应大于0.7%。
5.石英砂滤料的盐酸可溶率不应大于3.5%。
石英砂的广泛妙用为各行各业添彩,石英砂是重要的工业矿物,非化学危险品,精致石英砂是可以重复使用的,净化力度较强,净化过的水甚至可以达到引用的标准,一般用于纯水的处理、河水的过滤、矿泉水质的处理等,这是非常重要的原材料;最后就是精制石英砂的通用性能比较好,使用的时候还没有什么限制,如果能够科学使用的话,效果会非常好,如果过了保质期的话,效率将会大大下降。
石英砂的主要应用领域:
1.玻璃:平板玻璃、浮法玻璃、玻璃制品(玻璃罐、玻璃瓶、玻璃管等)、光学玻璃、玻璃纤维、玻璃仪器、导电玻璃、玻璃布及防射线特种玻璃等的主要原料。
2.陶瓷及耐火材料:瓷器的胚料和釉料,窑炉用高硅砖、普通硅砖以及碳化硅等的原料。
3.冶金:硅金属、硅铁合金和硅铝合金等的原料或添加剂、熔剂
4.建筑:混凝土、胶凝材料、筑路材料、人造大理石、水泥物理性能检验材料(即水泥标准砂)等
5.化工:硅化合物和水玻璃等的原料,硫酸塔的填充物,无定形二氧化硅微粉
6.机械:铸造型砂的主要原料,研磨材料(喷砂、硬研磨纸、砂纸、砂布等)
7.电子:高纯度金属硅、通讯用光纤等
8.橡胶、塑料:填料(可提高耐磨性)
9.涂料:填料(可提高涂料的耐酸性)
10.航空、航天等科学领域。
石英砂的提纯工艺及方法:
工业用的石英砂原料品位越来越低,为满足工业上的需求,可以通过选矿工艺提高其品位。主要有以下一些提纯方法:
1.擦洗脱泥。擦洗是指借助机械力和砂粒间的磨剥力来除去石英砂表面的薄膜铁、粘结及泥性杂质矿物和进一步擦碎未成单体的矿物集合体,再经分级作业达到进一步提纯石英砂的效果。
2.磁选。磁选主要用于除去石英砂中的磁性矿物,如可以通过强磁性机除去赤铁矿、褐铁矿、黑云母等弱磁性矿物,而强磁性矿物如磁铁矿则可以通过弱磁选机除去。
3.浮选。浮选用于除去石英砂中的长石、云母等一些磁选无法除去的杂质,进一步提高其纯度。
4.酸浸。酸浸是利用石英不溶于酸(HF酸除外),而其它杂质矿物能被酸液溶解的特点,可以实现对石英的进一步提纯。
5.微生物浸出。是指利用微生物浸除石英砂颗粒表面的薄膜铁或浸染铁,这是新近发展起来的一种除铁技术。
在人造草坪中铺设石英砂时,使石英砂隐藏在草丝的根部,起到保护草丝的作用。然后在石英砂上均匀的铺撒橡胶颗粒。石英砂和橡胶颗粒的厚度按照不同高度的草坪而定,要求橡胶颗粒低于草丝面约10mm左右。人造草坪石英砂要圆润,才能最大程度保护草丝,而现在一些公司选用一些碎石料甚至黄沙,而碎石料都是尖角的,黄沙带有大量泥石,无疑对草丝都是很大破坏的。
石英砂作为过滤料的应用,是与过滤容器结合,用于截留水中悬浮物胶体等颗粒杂质,从而起到过滤作用。

Purification process and method of quartz sand:
