在2012年5月5日贵州赤水城镇管理局招商引资建设城市生活垃圾无害化综合处理工程项目上季明环保成功中标。
在垃圾处理方式上，季明环保以“快速化、无害化、无剩余化、资源循环利用化、产业化”处理为主，彻底解决了人工分选工艺损害员工身体健康、工作效率太低、分类不彻底，后续工艺难以处理的问题；垃圾填埋工艺占地面积大、占用时间长、污染地下水、污染土壤、污染大气的问题；垃圾焚烧及焚烧发电工艺运行费用昂贵、焚烧产生的有害气体难以处理的问题；堆肥工艺肥料质量低劣难以资源化、堆肥处理厂苍蝇蚊子孳生、臭气熏天，损害周边人民群众身体健康的问题。现采用的是新一代生产线，按花园式工厂，立体布局，中央集中控制；垃圾封闭处理，无需人工分选，清洁生产，零排放，无二次污染；达到进来是垃圾，出去是产品的目的。

城乡垃圾“快速化，无害化，无剩余化，资源循环利用化，产业化”处理技术，简称：垃圾不落地“LJ”五化处理技术，该技术集：1、零污染收集运输系统；2、机械化、全封闭分选系统；3、有机物、渗滤液高温高压催化降解制肥系统；4、无机物制建材系统；5、废旧塑料制木塑板系统；6、可燃物热解气化热能利用系统；7、可回收物回收系统等7大主要系统为一体，可将城乡各种垃圾，当日零污染收集，当日无害化处理，当日资源化出产品。
“Rapid, harmless, non-residual, resource recycling, and industrialization” processing technology, is called short for garbage doesn\'t fall to the ground five technologies of “LJ” garbage disposal. 垃圾不落地“LJ”五化处理技术发明人杨计明先生，1994年即从事有机物高温高压催化降解制肥技术的研发。先后主持了吉林农安县、吉林洮南市、吉林敦化市、四川通江市、山西晋城市、重庆李家坨等地的生物菌肥厂的设计与建设。
1998年，就职与广东华夏生态环保科技有限公司，任总工程师，主持了广州南沙开发区垃圾处理厂设计与建设。
2002年，就职于上海华夏生态环保科技有限公司，任总工程师，主持了重庆陈家桥垃圾处理厂的设计与建设。
2005年，创办芜湖蓝天垃圾处理设备制造有限公司，任董事长、总工程师，主持了云南建水垃圾处理厂、贵州遵义垃圾处理厂的设计与建设。
2009年，创办上海季明环保设备有限公司，任总工程师，获得5项国家发明专利，2项实用新型专利，主持了山西屯留垃圾处理厂的设计与建设。
2011年，申请实用新型专利6项，发明专利3项。
2011年，创办贵州季明环保工程有限公司，任副董事长、总工程师。
2011年，主持了辽宁海城腾鳌镇垃圾处理厂的设计与建设。
2012年，主持了山西襄垣垃圾处理厂的设计与建设。
