水处理用磁铁矿滤料和承托料的铺装方法：
一、准备
1.配水系统安装完毕后，先将滤池内杂物全部清除，并疏通配水孔眼和配水缝隙，然后再用反冲洗法检查配水系统是否符合设计要求。
2.在滤池内壁按承托料和滤料的各项顶高画水平线，作为铺装高度标记。
3.仔细检查不同种类和粒径范围的承托料，按其粒径范围，从大到小依次清洗，以备铺装。
二、铺装
1.铺装最下一层承托料时，应注意避免损坏滤池的配水系统。待装承托料应吊运到池内，再行铺撒；或者使池内充水至排水槽顶，再向水中均匀撒料，使水面降至该顶面高度水平上线，用锹铺匀。铺装人员不应直接在承托料上站立或行走，而应站在木板上操作；在池内的操作人员应尽量少，以免造成承托料的移动。在下一层铺装完成后，才能铺装上一层承托料。
2.每层承托料的厚度应准确，均匀，用锹或刮板刮动表面，使其接近于水平面，高度应与铺装高度标记水平线相吻合。
3.在铺设粒径范围等于或小于2-4mm的承托料后，应用该滤池上线冲洗强度冲洗。停止冲洗前，应先逐渐降低冲洗强度，以完成有效的水力分级，使轻物质升至承托料的表面。再排水，刮除轻物质。
4.承托料全部分层铺装就位后，按滤料的密度，从大到小一次铺装。滤料的铺装，采用从池顶向水中均匀撒料的方法，撒入预计数量的滤料（包括一个刮除的轻物质和小于制定下限粒径的细颗粒）然后进行冲洗，冲洗后刮除轻物质和小于制定下限粒径的颗粒。按上述方法操作后如滤料厚度达不到规定的数值，应重复上述操作直到符合要求为止。在下层铺装完成后，才能铺装上一层滤料。
