U型槽成型机生产原理：

  U型槽制砖机设备是利用水泥、石子、沙子等原料，掺合水灰比保持0.3-0.4以内的各种混凝土原料，如粉煤灰、煤矸石、石粉、炉渣、矿渣、水渣等在内的混合原料进行强制成型。由于液压与震动的良好结合，成型的规格U型砖、T型砖等均符合国家规定的强度等级。该原理应用到U型槽成型机械中，是充分的在构建砖体内分层中多余的水、气在高幅震动挤压下，排出气体和出浆现象，让U型砖的结构从外到内都可以密实度相当，溢出的水泥浆也可以让表层达到光泽效应。
