风机安装使用说明
1、 特别注意事项
1.1风机外壳或电机外壳必须可靠接地；
1.2禁止反方向旋转，禁止超额定流运行，禁止缺相运行；
1.3风机轴承加油次数不少于1000小时/次
1.4禁止在运行中维护风机
1、 Attention Items
1.1 Fan casing or motor casing must be earthereliably.
1.2 Forbid starting in opposite direction of rotation.Forbid overload operation .Forbid default phase operation.
1.3 Filling fan bearing with oil should be not less than 1000 hour/times.
1.4 Forbid maintaining fan during operation.
2收获检验时及风机安装前准备
2.1收货后立即检查风机包装是否完整无损，风机的铭牌参数是否符合要求，随带附件是否齐全。
2.2仔细检查风机在运输过程中有无变形或损坏，紧固件是否松动或脱落，叶轮是否有擦碰现象，并对风机各部分零件进行检查。如发现异常现象，应待修复后使用。
2.3用500V兆欧表测量风机外壳与电机绕组间的绝缘电阻，其值大于0.5兆欧，否则应对电机绕组进行烘干处理，烘干时温度不允许超过120℃.用于旋转风机叶轮，短时通电测试风机空转情况。
2.4准备好风机安装所需的各种材料、工具及场地。
2、Inspection after delivery & preparation for fan installation
2.1 After delivery,check if package of fan is intact or not,if nameplates and parameters meet the requirements or not,and if accessory is complete or not.
2.2 Check carefully if fan is deformed/damaged or not,if the fasteners are loosened/dislocated or not,and if impellers have friction or not.Check fan components carefully.If abnormalities exist,do not use fan until it is repaired.
2.3Measuring the insulation resistance between fan casing and motor winding with a 500V TRAMEGGER.The value should be used for motor casing.During drying treatment should be used for motor casing.During drying temperature should be lower than 120℃.Rotate fan impellers by hand.Electrifying it for short time for Fan Idling Test.
2.4 Prepare material,tools for fan installation,and site.
3风机安装
3.1仔细阅读风机使用说明书及产品样本，熟悉和了解风机的规格、形式、叶轮旋转方向和气流进出方向等；再次检查风机各部件是否完好，否则应待修复后方可安装使用。
3.2风机安装时必须有安装装置以防止事故发生，并由熟悉相关安全要求的专业人员安装和接线。
3.3连接风机进出口的风管应有单独支撑，不允许将管道重量加载风机的部件上；风机安装时注意风机的水平位置，对风机与地基的接合面与风管道的联接应调整，使之自然吻合，不得强行联接。
3.4风机安装后，用手或杠杆拨动叶轮，检查是否过紧或有擦碰现象，有无妨碍转动的物品，无异常现象下，方可进行试运转，风机转动装置的外露部分应有防护罩（用户自备），如风机进风口不接管道时，也需添加置防护网或其他安全装置（用户自备）。
3.5风机所配电控箱必须与对应风机相匹配（指功率、电压、启动方式、控制形式等）
3.6风机接线应由专业电工接线，接线必须正确可靠，尤其是电控箱处的接线编号与风机接线柱上的编号一致对应，风机外壳应可靠接地，接地必须可靠，不能用接零代替接地。
3.7风机全部安装后应检查风机内部是否有遗留的工具和杂物。
3、Fan Installation
3.1 Read《operating Instruction Manual of Fan Installation>>and product samples carefully.Be acquainted with specifications and forms of fan,rotation direction of impellers ,direction of air inlet and outlet,and so on.Check if fan componets are intact or not.If not,fan should not be installed or used until it is repaired.
3.2 During fan installation safety device should be used to avoid accidents.Installation and connection should be done by professional who is familiar with relevant safety requirements.
3.3 Air hose which connects air inlet and outlet of fan should be supported only.Installation and connection should be done by professional who is familiar with relevant safety requirnments.
3.4 After fan installation ,poke impellers by hand or with lever.Check if they are too tight or not,if impellers have friction or not,and if something hinders the rotation of fan or not.If no abnormalities exist,fan could have a pilot run.Exposed parts of the rotating device of fan should be equipped with protecting cover (self-prepared by users).If air outlet of fan is not connected with hose,it should be equipped with protecting mesh or other safety devices(self-prepared by users).
