
陶粒介绍:
陶粒的外观特征大部分呈圆形或椭圆形球体,但也有一些仿碎石陶粒不是圆形或椭圆形球体,而呈不规则碎石状。陶粒形状因工艺不同而各异。它的表面是一层坚硬的外壳,这层外壳呈陶质或釉质,具有隔水保气作用,并且赋予陶粒较高的强度。陶粒的外观颜色因所采用的原料和工艺不同而各异。焙烧陶粒的颜色大多为暗红色、赭红色,也有一些特殊品种为灰黄色、灰黑色、灰白色、青灰色等。陶粒的粒径一般为5~20㎜最大的粒径为25㎜。陶粒一般用来取代混凝土中的碎石和卵石。
因为生产陶粒的原料很多,陶粒的品种也很多,因而颜色也就很多。免烧陶粒因所用固体废弃物不同,颜色各异,一般为灰黑色,表面没有光泽度,不如焙烧陶粒光滑。
轻质性是陶粒许多优良性能中最重要的一点,也是它能够取代重质砂石的主要原因。陶粒的内部结构特征呈细密蜂窝状微孔。这些微孔都是封闭型的,而不是连通型的。它是由于气体被包裹进壳内而形成的,这是陶粒质轻的主要原因。
陶粒的细小颗粒部分称为陶砂。在陶粒中有许多小于5㎜的细颗粒,在生产中用筛分机将这部分细小颗粒筛分出来,习惯上称之为陶砂。陶砂的密度略高,化学和热稳定性好。陶砂主要用于代替天然河砂或山砂配制轻集料混凝土、轻质砂浆,也可作耐酸、耐热混凝土细集料。主要品种有黏土陶砂页岩陶砂和粉煤灰陶砂等。使用陶砂的目的也是为降低建筑物自重。陶砂也可用于无土栽培和工业过滤。

陶粒特点:
1、陶粒滤料颗粒圆、均匀、表面粗糙、多微孔、内部孔隙发达,比表面积大,从而生物菌附着能力强,繁殖快、挂膜效率高,低温低浊条件下去除氨氮效果达到国内先进水平,工作周期长,周期产水量大,一般为500-1000m/m。
2、堆积比重轻,强度大,从而反冲洗能耗低,水头损失小,清洁料水头损失仅为150mm/m。
3、截污能力强,一般位9-13kg/m。
陶粒分类:
1、黏土陶粒:以黏土、亚黏土等为主要原料,经加工制粒,烧胀而成的,粒径在5㎜以上的轻粗集料,称为黏土陶粒。
2、页岩陶粒 :又称膨胀页岩。以黏土质页岩、板岩等经破碎、筛分,或粉磨后成球,烧胀而成的粒径在5㎜以上的轻粗集料为页岩陶粒。页岩陶粒按工艺方法分为:经破碎、筛分、烧胀而成的普通型页岩陶粒;经粉磨、成球、烧胀而成的圆球形页岩陶粒。
3、粉煤灰陶粒:以固体废弃物为主要原料,加入一定量的胶结料和水,经加工成球,烧结烧胀或自然养护而成,粒径在5㎜以上的轻粗集料,简称粉煤灰陶粒。
4、生物陶粒 :污水处理厂处理完污水后所产生的、并含有大量的生物污泥,生物污泥有的制成农用肥,有的直接用于绿化,也有的排放到海里或者焚烧,这样会造成二次生态环境污染。目前,以生物污泥为主要原材料,采用烘干、磨碎、成球、烧结成的陶粒,称为污水处理生物污泥陶粒。用生物污泥代替部分黏土来烧制陶粒既节省黏土,又保护农田,也起到了一定的环保作用。
黏土陶粒、粉煤灰陶粒、页岩陶粒适用于保温用的、结构保温用的轻集料混凝土,也可用于结构用的轻集料混凝土。目前页岩陶粒的主要用途是生产轻集料混凝土小型空心砌块和轻质隔墙板。
陶粒用途:
1、陶粒滤料适用于污水生化处理中承托层或工业水过滤。
2、适用于工业废水粗过滤。
3、适用于城市污水生化处理。
4、适用于城市污水厂二级处理后浓度处理回用,一般可用做BAF-N池滤料,也可用于工业水过滤填料。
5、可用于BAF-N池或DN-P滤池。适用于城市污水脱氮除磷深度处理回用,也可用于给水中微污染原
水的处理和用于工业水过滤。
6、可用于给水工艺中对污染原水的预处理和工业水过滤填料。
7、陶粒的吸附截污的能力是众所皆知的,这样优质的性能决定了它可以用来回填厕所,不仅低成本,
还很卫生。

本产品为编织袋包装,每袋净重25公斤,产品在贮存时应放置于阴凉干燥处,不得与有毒、有害、有异味的产品混合存放。
