陶粒滤料

陶粒滤料是以优质黏土为主要生产原料，经烘干、配料、制粉、成球、高温烧制、筛分等一系列工艺加工而成的粒状材料。其主要成分为偏铝硅酸盐，外观为近球形不规则颗粒，表面呈深褐色且微孔发达，颗粒粒径可根据不同要求生产。生物陶粒在物理微观结构方面表现为表面粗糙多微孔，这些特点使生物陶粒特别适合于微生物在其表面生长、繁殖。现代水处理工艺充分利用了这些特性，使其成为水处理特别是污水、微污染水源水生物预处理以及给水过滤技术的理想滤料，再加上其密度适中、强度高、耐摩擦、物化性能稳定、不向水体释放有毒有害物等特性，成为了水处理工程的首选滤料。

  陶粒具有密度低、筒压强度高、孔隙率高，软化系数高、抗冻性良好、抗碱集料反应性优异等特点。特别由于陶粒密度小，内部多孔，形态、成分较均一，且具一定强度和坚固性，因而具有质轻、耐腐蚀、抗冻、抗震和良好的隔绝性等多功能特点。利用陶粒这些优异的性能，可以将它广泛应用与建材、园艺、食品饮料、耐火保温材料、化工、石油等部门，应用领域越来越广。

1、建筑材料

    陶粒混凝土已广泛应用于工业与民用建筑的各类型预构件和现浇混凝土工程中（如预应力和非预应力的、承重结构或围护的、隔热或抗渗的，静载或动载的）。陶粒还可应用于管道保温、炉体保温隔热、保冷隔热和隔音吸声等其他建筑材料；亦可用作农业和园林中的无土基床材料及滤水材料。

2、绿化材料

    由于陶粒具有多孔、质轻、表面强度高的特殊构造，用于园林绿化、室内绿化即满足了植物含水的需要，同时也满足了透气的要求，尤其是其无粉尘、质轻的特点已经越来越多地应用到室内观赏植物的养殖中了。

饮食卫生材料。陶粒除了具有多孔、轻重、表面强度高等物理性能外，在生产过程中还使其具有了一定的活性物质，因而已开始用于与日常生活有关的饮水、洗浴等方面来，如过放在饮水机中过滤饮用水、放在淋浴花洒的手柄中增加水的活性等。

3、工业过滤材料

     陶粒的活性物质还被大量用于工业中。生物的陶粒滤料可作为工业废水高负荷生物滤料池的生物挂膜载体，自来水的微污染水源，预处理的生物滤池．含油废水的粗粒化材料，离子交换树脂垫层，微生物干燥贮存；适用于饮用水的深度处理，它具有吸附水体中的有害元素，细菌，矿化水质，是活性生物降解有害物质效果最好的滤料，和生物滤池中最好的生物膜载体。
