涤纶针刺毡布袋

我厂选用大化纤公司纤维厂生产的1.2旦、2旦、2.5旦涤纶优质细旦丝；用引进设备生产涤纶（聚酯）纤维针刺过滤毡，可将五种以上不同材质、不同规格的纤维均匀定量混合，再用多台混开棉机组及梳理机组利于纤网之间不同纤维间层装复合、梯度变换。该产品除具有普通毡类滤布特有的空隙度高、透气性好、集尘效率高、使用寿命长等优点外，因其耐温等级适中，瞬间可达150℃，耐

酸、耐碱适中的特点外而且具有非常好的耐磨性，故它是毡类滤材中使用量大的一个品种。克重从350g/m2～800g/m2,厚度从1mm～4mm, 幅宽3.4m以下我厂均可生产，并可分切至各种幅宽。表面处理方式按照工况条件的不同要求，可烧毛、轧光或涂层等。
